I was wondering Pete if we can receive notifications when a player gets half a star in Experience. And for coaches to.

Yes we do, and the Great and Glorious Oz (well, Pete) gave us the ability to do so.
I download the team in the RZA Management Studio after every training and the RZAMS highlights every change for me. It just compares the current stats for a player to those it downloaded last time (or whichever previous version that you want it compared to for that matter - it allows you to s e l e c t any set of downloaded data that you want to use). You also don't need to do it every few days, you just have to wait longer to see the changes. I usually get a small number of changes of experience a week.
