For more than 50 seasons, there has been one theme in RZA's locker room. Who would win a duel between the SEA DEVILS and the DRAGONS? What could previously only be discussed theoretically is now about to be answered. Soon these two glorious regions will face each other.

And yes, you're feeling is correct: The average of the Dragons strength (76.45) is indeed higher that the average of the Sea Devils strength (72.05).
