From the manual.
"Players have skills, these skills determine how good or bad a player is. We have skills like Kicking where the range is from 1 to 50, and we have skills like Physical Condition measured in percent from 1 to 100. A skill of kicking 1 doesnβt mean the skill is at the lowest possible level - and the player could not kick at all. Rather it means the player is at 75% of his kicking ability. And the player could gain the missing 25% of his kicking by raising the skill to 50." I have seen this all season long in Sea Devils region and sometimes i was amazed when the Constanta Sailors defeated much better teams with a 2.5* QB with low skills. So, i'm not surprised. |

So does this suggest that players have an innate hidden ability? Cuz I would think 1 would in fact be his lowest possible level. |

You could take it for granted, that every football player knows what rushing is, or kicking. This is the idea behind this skill curve feature. Players have basic abilities on all these available skills.

A neverending question: should the superbeing punish the dice for trying to do its job and be random.
On a side note, one thing that attracted my attention is quite high rate of drives ending with interception. 40%. |
