We received the new schedule today, and thus begins the hunt anew for titles, glory and fame, eager to see if changes made in the off- and preseason have the wanted effect to succeed and how long it will last until everything crumbles like overdone cookies.
 Welcome to Season 56
As always we welcome 16 new teams to the Elite, although nearly all of them are not really new to the Elite, mere returning after being away for a season or two (or more): - to the AC East the Air Force Falcons and the Paris Guardians - to the AC North the Mustangs and the Missouri Misery (f. k. a. Idaho Idlers) - to the AC South Non Ducor Duco (f. k. a. Sine Qua Non) and the Suchdol Minors - to the AC West Burnaby Bruisers and the Bracciano Lakers - to the NC East the Social Distance Runners and the Stone Mountain Hawks 2 - to the NC North the Hemet Hooligans and the Black Dragons - to the NC South Rio Galaxy and the Creators team - to the NC West Gilets Jaunés and the Brookfield Ukies Fortunately there are two teams that join this illustrious circle for the very first time, so the warmest of welcomes of course goes to the Non Ducor Duco from the Claymore league and the Gilets Jaunés from the Dragons league, both having started in S50. We hope you enjoy the experience. Happy new season, everyone

I am happy to be back to Elite after 13 seasons. That is my first time here coming from the Galaxy region (I was formerly a Dragons team) so this a completely different experience for me. I am pretty sure that I will be relegated (come on, look at my division opponents!
 ) but I will do my best effort.

Interestingly enough Non Ducor Duco is an original Dragons team, too (they were called Ipso Facto back then), so it's actually 4 teams who originated in that region who came up this time  |

Hi everyone. It's my 2nd try at Elite. Last one was pretty pitiful, but hopefully I learned from some of my mistakes and can put up a fight to try and stay here.
This time around our team is more beefed up with some franchise players who should be able to go toe-to-toe with the best. A big challenge though, would be to replace our starting LB and our best coach at the end of the season. Good luck to all! |

Hopefully everyone has had a nice start into this new season. Please do not forget to pledge to the Mediacenter, if you can, and if you do it before Wednesday you will get an Early Bird Bonus for doing so.
The schedule has some tough match-ups coming for the HAMBURG SEA LIONS. Of course we have to defend second place in division against some excellent competition again. We already had numerous encounters with the Brookfield Ukies that did not go well for us, and the Gilets Jaunés come to this level as the champion, so playing these two will be challenging games for us. And then there are still the Chelt Nam Bobbers. We may have beaten them twice last season, but when all was said and done they still had a 3 game lead on us in the NC West. Beyond that we play the Blitz, the Elephants, Rio Galaxy, the Creator, reigning Bowl Champion Space Kraken, the mystics, the Air Force Falcons, Jäger, the Paris Guardians… oh, and the Sunrise City Prairie Dogs 
This will be a tough season for us  |

A lot of 30+ players in my team.
Three of them decided to retire and damn two are the best one I have. For one I can pay 10 million not to retire but I haven't pay to no one like that. Looking forward to this season. If I survive in Elite with Pete playing against me it will be a great success 
Because one place in Elite in season 57 is for Steve, there is no Elite without Blitz |
