How much you let PC drop to your players before you start training it again and getting it to a desire level?
Worth of PC you can find in manual PC Me personally let PC drop to 92-93% and than I train it with 90% on PC |

96 for me. But sometimes I want to reach another skill, then I wait a trainings week and the player have then 94 or so.

Personally, I prefer to micromanage it. I expect it'll change, when the primary skills hit the 40's ;-) .

Below 95% I train PC at 50% and they return at 99-100%.
Note to newbies: having coaches and facilities affects the level of training. ![]() |
