I want to bid on a TE coach (CP 91) but the option is not available. I have 92 points remaining which would be enough for this.

Please read the manual and my guide on coaches setup.
If you want a TE coach worth 91 points, you need at least a HC the same value and if you want to use the TE coach effective you need even a HC with a higher CP, like 95 to even 99, since on every gameday the day performance of the HC give the upper limit of every AC. |

Ok guys. Sorry. I had on mind that I could sign any coach but that his performance would be limited by HC CP. I have not understood that I was unable to buy a coach with higher CP than my HC.

To make it more clear: you are not allowed to hire higher CP than your HC has to offer. And if your idea is to hire a 99CP HC, hire strong ACs, kick the HC and go for a lower CP HC .... the rule "no AC can deliver more CP-knowledge than the current HC has to offer" kicks in.
