I think it would be nice to have an option to start substituting players in a game, when your team is leading.

In addition to the already implemented option to substitute players depending on PC, or depending on the quarter, there could be another drop-down menu:

Substitute when leading by xx points
Begin substituting in the xx quarter.

Later there will be an option in the playbook, but thats it on the plan. Should work for all you suggested
