Just done a scout report and the details on the report are incorrect when i go to the players details..So the scout report is a bt of an assumption.....So if i raise the level of scouting i will get more accurate reports???mmmmmm

that is correct, however, why would the scouting info be so much inacurrate when you can view his profile if he is on the TM? I guess it gives an idea about the length of accuracy from scout 1 if you where to scout a player not on the TM...

The better the level, the less "blurring". But the player on the transfermarket is also blurred, as far as I know. If you open a players page in the transfer market and do a refresh (F5) you get diffrent values! |

wages is usually a good indicator for his highest skill and if u refresh will have a basic idea of where it is.

cool, but sp and st and ag isnt a factor in the wage...sp,st,ag are the most important at this stage IMO.

Skill variate for +5 to -5 points from real So just reload player profile several times i always keep in head only low value After reload ca 20 times you got the lowest value and put on them 5 you have the real value as all time i cannot pay for all scout i do so this way if i find one with interesting values then i scout to be sure for talent only problem moment is i am in negative and i can not scout and its so boring  |

just go easy then, its only first season and you have to save for the draft! IMO train sp st ag for a season and build stadium and physical training facility to keep good PC.
