I have negotiated all new contracts, only two guys have refused to sign and now there's a box (close to their names) saying "Last chance"

But nothing happens when I click on this button.

Moreover the Hint box (on bottom bar) says: "Some Seniors (2) will leave the Team if we don't act HR Department"

What I should do??
