Is there a transfer fee of 5%, when I sell a player? I found nothing in the manual, but I got "only" 71.250 instead of 75.000.

It is also stated on the pop up box when asking if you are sure you want to sell the player.

The fee depends on the time the player has been in your team or it's always 5%?
