Today was a tough game for the Vancouver Corsairs against the Constanta Ravens. Despite our best efforts, we fell short on the scoreboard, concluding with a final score of 24-33. Our offense managed to put points on the board, but we struggled to maintain consistency. We started off slow, and by the end of the first quarter, we were down 12-0, which put us on the back foot. Although we managed to score a touchdown and a PAT to bring it within striking distance at 12-7, our defense faltered, allowing them to extend their lead again. We did manage some decent drives and executed a couple of good plays, which led to touchdowns, but ultimately, our inability to stop their progress on crucial downs resulted in allowing them to pull away again. The injuries we faced did not help our cause either. Despite this setback, we'll regroup and learn from these experiences moving forward.
