A successful PAT put them ahead 7-0, and they didn't look back from there. The Sea Lions struggled to respond but managed to hold their ground for a bit.

It didn't take long for the Quokkas to capitalize, scoring two more touchdowns, bringing their lead to 21-0 in the first quarter. The Hamburg offense saw a few bright spots but couldn't contend with the relentless and well-oiled Quokkas defense.

In a dramatic showdown, the game ended with the Stone Mountain Hawks 2 securing a hard-fought victory with a final score of 35 to 31.

The first quarter was a defensive battle where both teams struggled to find their rhythm. The home team, Quokkas on Steroids, struck first with a touchdown at 7:00 in the first quarter, plating them at 7-0 after a successful PAT. They continued to push as Vili Bichßel efficiently orchestrated the offense, showcasing impressive tosses and strategic play calls.
