I've resigned all of my players whose contracts were set to expire at the end of season 57.
I have a player whose contract expires at the end of season 58, however, I can start negotiations with him now (unlike any other players whose contracts expire in 58 or 59). He is not highlighted in pink. Will I lose him if I don't do a new contract? I'd prefer not to have to pay him an additional 10 000 per week all season with a new salary, but I don't want to lose him. |

You might want to post in that forum with the player ID number to get a quick answer. |

Sometimes, if Peter has to reset something, players contract negotiation button gets activated again.
As far as I know, this does no harm, the contract is still valid and should work (but Peter should confirm that) and the only thing, which results from this 'bug' is. that you CAN renegotiate the contract, if you like. We had this big time a lot of seasons ago, when ALL contracts were open again. |

And yes, no harm done. For a valid contract we do not check the chat, but the "season the contract expires" only. |
