Anyone out there succeeding with a minimum youth academy economic model?

I run minimum academy. Not sure I'm I'm a success though.

I can often find youths on TM that can be fed into it and come out mostly ready.

Big negative not having accelerated exp gain.

Not an answer to your question but, once you have your stadium at max, you have plenty of money for the max YA. Worth it in my view.

how often do you need to play 'relaxed' games due to physical condition losses?

i never play relaxed. i always just train physical condition on the individual player as needed.

because when you play relaxed, players gain less experience from the match.

i try to keep starters around 99/100% physical condition.

backups, i might let them slip down to near 95% before i train them back up to 99/100%.

I also don't play on relaxed ever for the same reason.

I keep players at 95% and above unless I don't want to grow Agility any further and Strength and Speed are red, in which case it's 10% on PC and 90% on other stats.

5 star talent, 3 xp, OLine, has Pass Block and Stonewall, but only 25 teamwork

Is the low teamwork a deal breaker for you, or will he still be really good with the specs and talent?

If strength is high 48-50, considering 5* talent he could be a great franchise OT.
I'n not a fan of low TW for OL/DL. I'm willing to go to a minim of 35 TW for OT or DE. The rest (OL, OC, NT, DT) i'm not going under 40 at TW.

We have a Stone-Wall-OT in our line-up that has been starting for the SEA LIONS since S49, and only in the last season his success rate in blocking has gone down... but I'd guess it's more because of age than TW.

The latter is at 25.2, btw

Is it okay to.have an offensive center with the trait Stone Wall? Or is that a waste? It helps "not being beat by the defensive line." Does that include Center versus Nose Tackles? Thanks!

If I build a TE with low intelligence, will that Tight End's low intelligence contribute to the overall "line intelligence?" Put another way, does the Tight End position contribute to the overall offensive line's intelligence? Thanks!
