Esteemed shareholders, strategic partners, and admirers of disciplined football enterprise: at Parc des Princes, in a League match watched by 144300 visitors and sponsored by Underdog Sportswear - Because everyone has a little dog in them, the Stone Mountain Hawks 2 transformed a forecasted close contest into a commanding boardroom takeover against the Paris Guardians.
The evening began with Paris Guardians receiving, but the early operational tempo belonged increasingly to Stone Mountain Hawks 2. Eric Cannon and his offense built rhythm through controlled completions to Tomás Nuñez, Svetozar Daley, Sadiki Dimka, Rayhan Mahmoud, and Engelbert Schwarz, while the Paris defense answered with pressure from Thorsten Böhm, Julien Monnet, Jonathan Auffret, Alan Castel, and Marcus Kinder.
The first scoring dividend arrived when Cannon connected with Mark O'Keeffe near the goal line, followed by a clean Milan Đorđević conversion kick. Stone Mountain Hawks 2 later expanded their portfolio when Cannon found Djamil Bari for another touchdown, again supported by Đorđević’s reliable kicking operation.
Paris Guardians did not fold quietly. Guillem Moore led a determined response before the break, distributing to Charly Roy, Sofiane Jeannin, Brian Andrieux, and Tanguy Marin. Régis Derrien then completed the drive with a touchdown run, and Jonathan Boudet added the conversion kick. That sequence was the clearest Paris statement: resilient, local, and très sérieux.
After halftime, Stone Mountain Hawks 2 resumed control with an extended, physical drive. Udo Weber, Hans-Walter Klein, and Cedomir Hadzievski worked the ground game effectively, and Hadzievski finished the march with a touchdown run. Milan Đorđević again executed the conversion kick, maintaining the Hawks’ operational efficiency.
The fourth-quarter balance sheet became decisive. Đorđević opened the period’s scoring activity with a successful field goal. Then came the major governance event of the match: Eusebio Navarro intercepted Moore and returned the ball deep into Paris territory. Stone Mountain Hawks 2 immediately converted that turnover into a Hans-Walter Klein touchdown run, a brutal swing in momentum and shareholder confidence.
Stone Mountain Hawks 2 added another late touchdown through Klein, capping a long drive that featured patient passing from Cannon and steady ground gains. Paris continued to move the ball late through Moore, Roy, and Jeannin, but a failed fourth-down attempt ended in a turnover on downs, allowing Stone Mountain Hawks 2 to close the transaction professionally.
There were no fumbles recorded, but the interception by Navarro and the late turnover on downs were critical control points. The Hawks also won the pressure battle, with Navarro, Billy Harris, Eusebio Navarro, and others repeatedly disrupting Moore, while the Paris defense produced its own resistance through sacks and tackles for loss from Auffret, Monnet, Böhm, Castel, and company.
