Oh yes!
What have Alexshans84 (Check this out!) and JohnnyAce (Check this out!) in common? Both won the trophy of the so called Intercontinental Elite Challenge Cup series 1 and 2. Source: https://redzoneaction.org/football/images/media/e26ea03ca77b99dfbd505449c9bd4187.png Originally invented by the great community member MTS1972, this is a huge competition. There are some Credits to lose, but great fun to earn. And, who can tell "I received a real trophy from an Online game!"? Not many, I suppose! So, how do we go on with it? Yes, we run Series 3 of this wonderful competition. This has to repeat, somehow. So this IECC3 will run under the same conditions as the original competition was held - with some slight changes. We play 8 Friendly Cups (Wednesdays and Sundays, so called qualification cups). Every team is welcome. It will be power cups, and 8 teams will fight for winning these. So equal skills for all players, tactics matter. The winner of each of these cups will enter a final competition (=finals), again 8 teams power mode. The winner of this final cup will receive a trophy, which will be unique to this cup. No matter if it goes to Antarctica, China or Berlin - we will make sure it travels well! Taking part will consume Credits, as usual. If we found one team per cup having not enough Credits, he will receive the missing Credits from RedZoneAction.org. If there are 2 or more participants having not enough Credits, a lottery will run, and ONE out of these managers will receive the Credits, all other get kicked from the cup. The winner and runner-up of each qualification cup will receive his Credits for the achievement, as mentioned on the cup page. On top the winner of each qualification cup will receive 3 months of the Supporter account for free! Each winner will take part in the finals, and there the lottery for missing Credits is active as well. If the winner is not able or not willing to take part, the runner-up will be invited, if the runner-up won't take part, the 3rd team will do and so on. What we expect from the champion? Just take some photos once you have the trophy in your hands, and write a few lines maybe. Both Alexshans84 (Check this out!) and JohnnyAce (Check this out!) did a tremendous job with that. So, let's see where this leads to! I will start creating the first two tournaments now, including the threads for discussing it. Let's have fun! FAQ: 1.) I am allowed to sign for more than 1 qualification round? Yes, but not at the same time, and no, if you won one of these already. 2.) I am not member of Elite League, so I cannot join? Each team in RZA can join, this cup is not restricted to Elite members! - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Qualification round #1: IECC3 Q1 Sundays Won by Fincyril Discussion: go there Qualification round #2: IECC3 Q1 Wednesdays Won by notsch Discussion: go there Qualification round #3: IECC3 Q3 Sundays Won by Scratobones Discussion: go there Qualification round #4: IECC3 Q4 Wednesdays Won by Solana_steve Discussion: go there Qualification round #5: IECC3 Q5 Wednesdays Won by Buziano Discussion: go there Qualification round #6: IECC3 Q6 Sunday won by Firenze Discussion: go there Qualification round #7: IECC3 Q7 Sunday Won by Steve, so Pete advances due rules... There we go with the grand final. Each one of the listed winners above should join as soon as possible. Thank you.

We'll see. I win, I go to the semi-final. If I lose small and Firenze win not so big, I go there too. Kind of the same situation in the other group.
Can not wait! It was already great to post one win among such great managers. |
