So here we are again.
My team got the spot in the AC, ideaguy got the NC. Not sure I like that, but it is as it is. Have a nice season to all of you, pledge to the mediacenter before Wednesday. |

Just checked my schedule, and holy cow...this will be the toughest season I have faced in quite a while. Playing Leopards, Paxtang, Burnaby, and Torchwood all in one season

Here are my way too early predictions for season 34
AC East With the Leopards returning from Elite for at least another season, I think they will take the Division title here. Torchwood definitely has their work cut out for them this season. Predicted standings: Leverkusen Leopards Torchwood Aliens Trnva Bears Stockholm Royals AC North I can not pick against my team, though this will be a tough year for me as I have a very difficult schedule, especially early on. In spite of this, I believe we will edge it out again for 5 straight titles, with Torroles trying to play spoiler with their less intense schedule this season. Predicted standings: Florida Gators Torroles HardRock Larry Claymores Poznan Knights AC South Paxtang will win their division, hands down. Nothing will be surprising about this division. I think Saint Leo will improve from last place last season to second place this season. Predicted Standings: Paxtang Black Panthers Saint Leo University Lions Enfordia Wolves AC West As always this division is very difficult to predict. Strasbourg took it last season and my early predictions are based on them continuing that success Predicted Standings: Strasbourg Bretzels RiverCity Fire Knights Raiders NC East The Cougars got the short end of the stick, as they have gotten an elite league member relegated to their division for the past two seasons. Burnaby is the heavy favorite to win, with Houston a distant second, likely will see at least a 4 game difference in final standings. Predcited Standings Burnaby Bruisers Houston Cougars SiraPatra_Warrior Veganburgh Victors NC North As always, another hard to predict division. I am going to pick SARMIS as the early favorite, though Newhouse Eagles may very well repeat as division champs. Predicted Standings SARMIS Newhouse Eagles birney's weekenders Newcastle Stags NC South Interestingly enough all four teams remain from last season. The predictions last season held up (mostly), so I am picking the same final standings this season. Predicted standings: Berinsfield Hornets Albuquerque Dukes Shoulderiding Racoons II Panthers Dusseldorf NC West Peterborough Pirates stunned the league by taking home the divisional title for the first time in 9-10 seasons, so I see no reason why they can't build on that and continue their success. I'm selling quite a few players this season, including some starters. That should bring me back to the pack, at least a bit. |

This will be a tough season for the Aliens. We had a number of key retirements plus I also took the decision to cut my senior squad from 70 to 57 (plus 3 draftees). I have done this to build a more competitive team for the future but it may hurt us in the short term.
However, I am hopeful of a wild card spot at least since the AC East has one bot team and our new team Trnava are new to 1.1 The two games against the Leopards will be crucial and we would need to win both of those in order to take the division title but I don't think that is likely this season. |

Well, draft day has arrived and I got my #2 player. He's solid, but his strength cap is lower than I hoped it would be.

Got my top TE pick, definitely will see playing time this season and become a starter in the next season or two, hopefully my second and third picks are at least half as good

Got a good quality CB - 50 SPD, 49.6 TMW and 4* Exp. It is pretty certain that he will be on the depth chart before too long.
