This is based on the ELO rankings and I will put the ELO score diff to the initial ranking in brackets.
One team from the initial list, the Jaguars, did fall BOT, so one team less. Thanks to the new team Vukovi, which was already there on the 1st u p d a t e (20 teams at that time) we still have 19 teams in the region level 1.

#19 ELO = 497 (+3 to my last list, did not exist in the initial list) Vukovi
This team turns out to be another one of those ‘strange’ teams. The manager does promote a youth player every 7 days, but did not start to build the stadium as it seems (at 11K right now), did not sort the roster as it seems and seems to do nothing else. Not sure where this should go for him, but right now it looks like nowhere. They are in NC North, at 3-6 now.
League projection: No future that way.
Supercup projection: At 2-7, this team will not make the playoffs.

#18 ELO = 523 (+28) Fixed Bills
Stadium build to almost 89K right now, so the team is building. No bought players, no youth players, no coaches. It seems we have a slow building team here.
Playing in the NC South at 4-5, the team has only 2 BOT games left right now, the rest will be very likely losses.
League projection: With that building speed, the team will not be able to leap frog the passive Lions in their division and will end last, with no playoff spot.
Supercup projection: At 4-5 the team will likely lose all games, except the 3 BOT games. This team will not make the playoffs.

#17 ELO = 526 (+21) MTB Beavers
I don’t get it. The manager does log in regularly, but since weeks no progress on the stadium (still at 61050 seats), which will hurt the team greatly in the future. It makes no sense to stay at that range. The roster is slowly build up by youth players and a few market players. But they will like to have a paycheck, once their skills are build up and for that you need money. And that comes almost entirely from the stadium. So build!
Inside the NC East the team is 5-4 and will eventually win the division, thanks to their rivals inability to get their finances straight. The game against Trnje end of April will likely determine the division crown.
League projection: If they win the division, they will play in the playoffs for the Wildcard round and will very likely lose there. If they do not win the division, the season will end on season finale. With the stadium in that status, the team will face hard time in the next 2 to 3 seasons.
Supercup projection: They are 4-5 and will lose almost every game, expect the few BOT games. This team will not make the playoffs.

#16 ELO = 534 (+4) Valverde Mulos
They did drop a spot compared to the initial list, because they do build so slowly. Stadium at 48K, which is less than last check, which means they are building up. Good. It seems the manager is building for the future and buys a lot of young prospects. Nothing wrong with that.
They play in the AC West and are 3-6, with a tough schedule so far. A streak of BOT games is coming, so the win total will rise, but not enough to play in the playoffs.
League projection: Tough to judge right now, but if they continue the slow build path, the team is likely 3 to 4 seasons away to become a contender. Hopefully they build the stadium to the max fast. This season is just building.
Supercup projection: The team is 4-5 and have just one BOT game left. The rest will be likely losses, so this team will not play in the playoffs.

#15 ELO = 553 (+9) Birmingham Iron
With a full stadium since season start, the team should now have tons of money. But no coaches hired, no roster movements since mid march. It seems the manager did lose the interest and does just keep the team alive, for some reason.
In the AC South they did drop to 3rd place, thanks to their inactivity, while their rival did build and build. At 5-4, the team will not make the playoffs. They will win a few more games, mostly BOT games, but way too few.
League projection: I had high hopes on the team, starting the season with a full build stadium, but the manager just sits this out. Usually that is a bad sign and the team will vanish at some point. This season nothing and next season likely also, if the behavior does not change.
Supercup projection: The team is 2-7 and will likely only win 1 or 2 more games. No playoffs here.

#14 ELO = 556 (+47) Terran Emperors
The team which did leap frog 2 teams in the rankings. The stadium is right now at 133200 and should be finished soon, if he finds a fitting building time slot. Very active on the market and in youth academy, the team is building fast. Keep building the stadium and have an eye on the wages of your players, which means, on their skill development. You will need to cash in some money over the next season to be able to pledge, once the grace period is over.
In the AC South they are now at 2nd place with 7-2 and might have a chance for a playoff spot. They need of course to win, but they need also to hope for some unexpected losses by the Cobras and/or Saints. Otherwise, they will find themselves in worst case in a 3-team tie and right now they have the worst PD. This will likely change, thanks to some BOT games coming, but there is only so much you can gain in compare to the others each gameday.
League projection: Right now, the teams looks like being on the right track for a great building season, which might even have a playoff spot included.
Supercup projection: The team is 5-4 and needs beside the 2 BOT game wins in addition likely 2 more wins to be quite save. Right now, it does not look like they will get those 2 wins, so likely no playoffs this season.

#13 ELO (+42) Copenhagen Lions
Such a team drives me crazy. The manager did start with great energy and effort, but since months, no progress. Stadium still at 108510 seats, no roster changes since the draft, not sure whether training is done in a good way or bad way, since the manager doesn’t login for weeks, then comes in and saves the team from going BOT only to abandon it again. Might fall BOT in less than a week, or is again saved for another period. I suspect bad training, since why should it be good with that management? So end of the season comes likely the big shock on wages. If he has contract mode and does not care on the contracts, the team will fall apart. And if he does, it will also fall apart, because likely it will become too expensive.
The NC South is packed and the team here is 3rd at 6-3. I expect 4 more wins on autopilot. They might make the playoffs, but more likely is they will miss it.
League projection: The team had all the tools to become a force inside the division, conference and even in the league, but the manager did not have the vision or time or whatever. Likely no playoffs this season and then decline after that.
Supercup projection: The team is 5-4 and needs 4 wins to be save. With a tough remaining schedule only featuring 1 BOT this doesn’t look realistic, so very likely no playoff this season.

Sigh … This team makes my sad. Since season start, and way before, the team is in financial trouble. Can happen. Stadium not fully build, did pump up the roster, the coaches, we all know that behavior. I did see that struggle and did write him or her. Got an answer, but just short. No ask for advice, no ask for help, just a quite passive answer. I’m fine with that, but manage your team, please. The team is still in trouble, the engine did run out of players to cut, since it got to players minimum and still the team is in trouble. And instead of cutting hard and try to recover fast, the team slowly walks towards a plus, has to be, since the wages are at 2.6 million, which is half of the sustainable amount with a full stadium) but this will not help, at all. A clear cut of the coaches, weeks ago, would have made the team NOW recovering much quicker and they could actually be fit at season rollover. Coaches cutting is easy math. Cut a coach and play 5 times the wage on top. That means you have in 6 updates a plus. In this case here, cut all coaches, pay roughly 5 million extra and save then every u p d a t e a million, so in 6 u p d a t e the invest of 5 million would be come a plus of 1 million and from there 1 million on every update.
Moral and PC is shit, that’s why the team loses regularly, which does lead to more moral loss. Inside the NC East the team will likely lose the division crown and will not make the playoffs, even they need the money. The team is 5-4, will lose a great amount of games on top, but the most important will be the Beavers game. Lose that and the season is likely over.
League projection: This season it all points towards a catastrophic ending with no playoff game, despite a new team as only competition. Hopefully the team get the money problem cleaned this season, so they can build forward from there. But it will be tough the way it is handled right now.
Supercup projection: The team is 5-4 and will likely only win 1 more game, a BOT game. No playoffs this season.

#11 ELO = 707 (+12) Lutetia Chaotic Smile
Except youth pulls, no additions. And inside the youth academy, my tip from last rankings was not adapted, which is fine, but you just waste training and progress. The teams seems to be on a downward spiral, due lack of attention or care.
The NC North is by default theirs (6-3 right now), with only a new team as rival. I expect them to win 5 more games and of course they will make the playoffs. Maybe they will even crack the top 2 spots inside the conference, but that seems unlikely.
League projection: They will get a wildcard game and might face even a weak team, so likely even a division playoff game is in the mix. But the team needs more care to get to the real top of the region.
Supercup projection: At 5-4 the team needs 4 more wins to get into the playoffs. Right now, that looks slim, if the team does not win the very close games, like the next one coming. Likely no playoff spot this season.

#10 ELO = 743 (-9) KAFakofers
Another mystery team with a careless manager. Right now it looks like the manager does care a bit more again, but seriously, this team will not get far with that kind of management. If you like it that way, fine.
In the NC West the team is 5-4 and will finish 2nd by default. They might leapfrog the Lions in the conference standing, thanks to a weak schedule and the Lions even bigger careless management.
League projection: Whatever will happen this season, they will not get far that way. Likely a playoff team this season, and what happens next season is again a mystery.
Supercup projection: With that less care, the team is 4-5. They need 5 more wins to get into the playoffs. Lucky them, they have an extensive easy period ahead of them and will likely win 5 games to get into the playoffs, if the PD will turn big time.

#9 ELO (+8) Cottbus Cobras
The Cobras did solve their financial problems and reduced their wages to a healthy level, on the cost of eventually losing the edge against the biggest rivals.
Inside the AC North the team is 8-1 and their fate will be decided in the division rival matches against the Minors soon. Projection is, they will finish 2nd inside the division and will play a wildcard game. From here all is possible, but the AC is quite packed, so also a single playoff game is possible.
League projection: The financial problems were a setback, which will take a bit of time to solve in total. Only with a 100% pledge for the mediacenter will the team have the backing to challenge the top teams.
Supercup projection: Right now the team is only 4-5. They need to win at least 5 games to have a chance for a playoff spot. Good for them, the schedule features 5 easy win games and one open one. In best case the team wins 6, worst case could be just 5, and the PD will then decide their fate. Likely a playoff spot.

#8 ELO = 850 (+29) Orono Ancient Snappers
The Snappers are all in right now. With a wage way over a sustainable amount, the team aims for an Elite trip to get broken there.
In the AC West the team is 9-0 and will win that division by a mile. They did score 3 wins against higher ranked teams, so don’t underestimate them. Right now on track to get into the top 2 of the conference.
League projection: I hope they did calculate the run in a good way. The team will make the playoffs and might even have a bye week. From here, everything is possible, but that is also true for all other teams on that level. Not sure what will happen after the season, but the wage shift might become too much to carry.
Supercup projection: As successful as the team is in League games, the team has trouble in Supercup, at 5-4. Of the remaining 6 games are 3 against good teams, so, they better win at least one of those, if not more, to get into the playoffs. Right now the prediction is, no playoffs.

#7 ELO = 913 (-1) Berlin Racoons
The Racoons also have a wage bill higher than sustainable. The team is not as successful as the Snappers, but the final verdict is open.
Inside the NC South the team (8-1) has a tough rival with the Panthers and the last game of the season will likely decide the division crown. Not sure what to expect, with the Panthers having an easier schedule, but right now less PD than the Racoons. Maybe the game against the Snappers will be an indicator. A win there and the division crown is in reach, a loss and the crown is almost gone. Except … The Panthers game might shift this all around and the team can win by PD. For sure the team will make the playoffs, at least as wildcard team. Then everything is possible.
League projection: A return to the Elite is possible, but will be tough. At season rollover likely some heads will roll to keep the wages in check.
Supercup projection: With a healthy 6-3 record, the team needs only a few wins more to play in the playoffs.With 4 BOTs games in the last 6, the playoffs are a sure thing.

#6 ELO = 945 (+1) Caplit e salama
The team came from Elite back and did cut their roster a bit. Not sure they are rebuilding or recharging, but for sure the team is heading for the playoffs.
They are leading the AC East at 7-2, but the game against the Saints on season final will likely decide their fate as division champ, or not. Regardless, they will play in the playoffs, and regardless, it will be a wildcard game.
League projection: I doubt a return to Elite, but you never know.
Supercup projection: A 7-2 record does almost ensure already they will play in the playoffs. Some tough cookies on the schedule, but 3 to 5 wins are possible and the playoffs are sure with that.

#5 ELO = 1006 (-19) Trnava Saints
The Saints have a hard time this season. Some losses in league games and in the Supercup did hurt their ELO ranking, which did sink again by a spot, compared to my 1st update.
The AC East is wide open, at 7-2, but whether they can take it as division winner or only as 2nd place team is open. On the last gameday we will see. A wildcard game it will be anyway and then all is possible.
League projection: The team does not look like they will run the table and get to Elite this season. The wages will be tough at season rollover.
Supercup projection: Some losses lately did give the team a 6-3 record. I think 3 games of the remaining schedule are easy wins, the rest is quite open. I think they will make the playoffs, easily.

#4 ELO = 1014 (+4) Paxtang Black Panthers
The Panthers are in contention mode this season and did win some important games. They have a quite high wage amount and it’s open, how this will effect the rollover.
In the NC South the battle is on for the division crown and they are right now not losing it. The game against the Racoons will be THE game. A win there will bring them the division and likely a top 2 finish inside the conference. From there all is possible. If they only make the playoffs via wildcard spot, the 1st round might be a game to cruise bye.
League projection: Regardless the division result, the team is for sure in the mix for a deep run. They might get to Elite, not sure they would be happy about it.
Supercup projection: Right now, 7-2, the team will face a lot of BOTs in the remaining time, so this is a lock for the playoffs.

My team is doing OK for now, the real challenge will come in the playoffs. Slowly shifting the roster for my future build, the team might lack the bench it needs in the playoffs.
The NC West will be won by my team, easily. With 9-0, even a loss or 2 against some better teams will not change a top 2 finish. From there it will depend on the seatings and luck. I don’t see the team heading to Elite, but for sure it will not shy away on any competition.
League projection: This season the team will be alright and might even head to Elite, but next season the transition will hit even harder and the team will lose some steam.
Supercup projection: Enjoying a great season so far, the team is 9-0 and might win even 4+ more. A lock for the playoffs.

The Minors started as #1 and are still #1. With the biggest wage on coaches the team is not flawless so far.

League projection: Likely Elite bound, but not for sure.
Supercup projection: At 7-2 the team did show they are beatable. With the remaining schedule, the team will win enough games to make the playoffs.
