GG Mermaids, actually crept up a point in Beckos from that loss ... even yardage for the game, but you won the all-important turnover battle.
Beckos has the #8 Templars as 11 point underdogs for their visit to the #4 Marauders. We'll see if my retirement ravaged squad can live up to that.

Thanks Gambler, our matches are always big fight, decided always by few points, this time I was simply a little bit more lucky.
But I see a lot of good teams in this league, it will be a very interesting and uncertain season; and I hope to never come back to elite league, just for taking slaps  |

losing the turnover battle 3-0 and missing 2 FGs (including a 29 yarder  ) does not help when you lose by 3 points. Feels like we let one slip away  |

Didn't get to Beckos until after the u p d a t e had already run, so didn't get a chance to do a full write up, but here's the two highlights of a week where pretty much every single favorite team won, and for the most part very close to the spreads as well:
Only upset of the past week, #18->#16 Meerkats dropping a one point L on the recently TC damaged (coaching changes) #10->#11 Dawgs, 28-27. #5 Craiova also struggled more than expected with the #26->#21 Cougars, 33-24. |

Definitely an ugly game on both sides on O ... not sure if that should be a credit to the defenses, or an indictment of the offenses. |
