Well as you might of noticed no game of the week was selected, I simply couldn’t find the time to do it, sorry guys. I managed to find a spare time to do the u p d a t e on the PR anda quick review of what happened this week 14 in Fire 1.1 “RZA Top League”.
So let me start it off with the most interesting games of the week, and for me that was the game that placed face to face in Kyrgyzstan The Underachievers and the GLADIATORI ROMA, a epic battle took place between this two powerhouses, granted that by looking at the Power Ranking one would think the Italian Gladiators would had the upper hand, but that was not the case today! ROMA was teh better team during the first half of this game, and at half time the scoreboard reflected exactly that with GLADIATORI leading 20-10. But there were still plenty of football left, and I don’t know what Undrachievers manager told his team at HT but they came back with a chip on their sholder, after they cutdown the Italia lead at the end of the 3rd Quarter to a 6 points diferencial they continued their comback and in the 4th quarter completely shutdown teh italian offense while scoring 10 points of their own to make the final score of 27-23 in their behalf. I don’t know what kind of water this guys are drinking but whoever has to face them wil have a hard time going by them in the Playoffs!
In toher close games, we saw Valdanois get back on the winning track by beating a strong Rams side that weer just not able to produce any kind of offense vs the French side, who took advantage of that to win it fair and square, 10-3. With this win Valdanois secured the playoff birth, a great season by this team. Labrushia beat the Gamblers 49-14 and with that remain the only undefeated team in the entire NC division, they also have a playoff spot secured. In a Spanish affair, the Acorns and the Destroyers played a hard fought contest, as teh 14-13 final score proves, Destroyers needed this win badly to keep their WC leading record intact, and they managed to pull through, even tho Acorns made their life terribly tough.
Heading up to the top of our pille, there were no suprises besides the upset caused by The Underachiever who made Lambrushia be in possesion of #1 status in NC division overtaking the GLADIATORI, other than that and despite some good fights put up by their opponents, Gladiators, Magpies and Bears managed to win, aldo in the case of the Magpies and Gladiators they had to sweat it out in the football field cuz their opponents gave them a work for their money 26-14 and 23-14 are not by any means confortable wins, but they are wins nontheless.
In the bottom of the rankings mention for the Lions 3rd straight win (Who Hoo) which leaves them with good expectations of not needing to play a relegation match, and also and I might add, again to the Kentucky Thoroughbreds, this time they beat a underperforming NasheDeloTabak and with that keep slim hopes of a WC spot still alive!!! Also mention to the CARDIACJACKETS who put up a hell of a fight against the Maciucarii , but in the end the Romanian team sneaked away with the win 24-30 was the score , Maciucarii continue to chase the playoff spot via WC.
Oh oh and not to forget the big win of the NY Big Blue agaisnt Scotish side Academicals who are on a 4 game lossing streak and with that saw the Big Blue catch them in the standings. Word on the Press was that Athos is looking for a new DC (Lol). Alright I’m sure I missed something as this was done in hurry up mode, but it was the possible this time...Good luck to all teams for week 15, specialy those still fighting for something...

And for a brief resume of week 15 games. In the “Game of the Week” the Underachievers continued to show they are a team to be feared, they proved to be too much to handle for the Blue Bulls and ended up winning their 6th consecutive game with a final score of 38-10 and virtualy clinched the playoff spot. With this result the Blue Bulls Wild Card hopes got trimmed even thiner than they were. In general this week wasn’t big on upsets, aldo we did had a big one with the Islanders receiving and beating Maciucarii and with that delay for another week atleast the Maciucarii search for the WC and playoff spot, the final score was 20-14 in favour of the Islanders. But more still meaningfull games took place, Barnim Steel and Nakkiga both won and thus continue leading the pack in AC division, that’s because Valdanois said NO NO to the Destroyers and traveled to Spain to put a dent on their record, Destroyers now tied with 8-6 with Steel and Nakkiga for the WC hunt! Also still in the hunt in AC division Lanmeur BZH who with a 20-3 win over NasheDeloTabak now is only one game back on the 3 leading teams in the hunt. Thoroughbreads and Gamblers have very microscopic hopes of snatching the WC spot, they stand 2 games back with only 2 games left to play, Thoroughbreads faced Barnim Steel and got demolished 44-17 while the Gamblers had a big upset by going to Holland and beating the Rams hands down 24-6, it’s almost like the Rams are already thinking of the postseason games...
In the NC division postseason hunt there are 3 teams hunting the WC spot, Lyon Eagles who beat Pako Team 30-14 is leading the pack and it will be almost impossible to knocked them out of one of the WC spots, but they are followed closely by the already mentioned Maciucarii with only one game back, but right after Maciucarii comes the German side Shwaban Spartans, they received and steamed rolled the Mighty Lions in a convincing 49-17 win, and with that keep their hopes intact, and last stading 2 games away from Maciucarii we have the Blue Bulls who like I mentioned earlier lost ot the Underachievers this week and with that almost kissed their postseason hopes goodbye, but there is still a slim slim hope!
In the top, Gladiators, Mighty Magpies, and GLADIATORI ROMA all won their games with some ease, and in a big game that went unoticed do to not deciding anything, the Bears received teh visit in Russia of the still undefeated up ‘till that game Lambrushia team, fact is that the Bears put on a great fight despite going down early, but it was not enough to beat the winning streak of Lambrushia, with that beeing said the final score was 24-17, a one possesion ball game is always a exciting game to watch! And that’s it for this week review, sorry for all the teams that didn’t got mentioned this week, specially the bottom sides that got a bit ignored this time around, mainly do to the WC games beeing so important, but I am still keeping a eye out for yall!
