(The best money income) 2nd first train Physical Condition at least 95%. 3rd train Strength and Speed (does not go into the salary calculation) 4th contact a mentor under Help / mentor. 5th use your first weeks free premium, hire a level 20 scout and download the draftboard. So much quicker than doing it player by player and $145k wont kill you financially.

Based on your username I guess this other game is a slovenian game run by Melderon...don't make the mistake to think what is working there should working here, even if you think there are similarities...you finished your license already, you got the hint with the stadium and finances already, so work on your roster and tactics next
