Some people put what they think is the best player on the list at no1, No 2 the 2nd best etc, etc.
Others may want to fill holes in their roster, so say they need a CB, they put the best CB on the list at No1, 2nd best at No2 and so on. After the first round, they may want a WR so they change the order to put the best remaining WR at the top of the list, 2nd best next and so on. Some may scout the whole draft list or just the players they are looking for. It is up to you how you decide which player to pick. |

I can only suggest to keep the view on a player open, so to see into which position you can train a player, than just to see which position he is right now.
A TE might become an OL, a SF a DL and so on. |
