Is there any method of getting Level 20 scout reports (for the upcoming Draft) without upgrading my scout to lvl 20 ?? I thought about hiring a lvl 20 to scout the draftboard , but I think I read somewhere that I would have to pay extra wages/firing fee if I hired a lvl 20 scout just for a few days.
Any constructive advice would be appreciated. Thanks. |

Hire the level 20 scout, keep it, and never undo it. |

But you also need scout 20 for future scouting on the transfer market but most important, level 20 scout will tell you when one of your players hit the correct yellow cap on a physicall or non-physicall skill. |

Actually, I'd be more inclined to understand getting rid of the 20 lev scout, once the salaries of the star players you've collected begin to jeopardize your staying afloat, financially.
But you first need to _get_ these stars. And it might require a lot of luck to accomplish that goal without a reasonable scout. Sure, 50k is not something you'd want to spend unwisely in RZA. The game would penalize you for that. But if your decisions whom to get (from the draft, from the youth pull list, or at some point - from the transfer market) are a series of mistakes, you might decide to quit the game before those 50k start to seriously matter for your organisation. A level 20 scout is not expensive and even as new team, with the media center income you should be able to effort it.
But if you want to bypass the effort in the beginning, the only way I know is to reach out into the community inside your league and ask kindly for a downloaded list from a manager with supporter account and scout 20. The other options are always bound with money or with less quality - Hire and keep a scout 20 - Hire a scout 20, download the list and fire him - Download the list with level 1 |
