Man, that was close. Won the game with a 27-Yard-Pass with 20 Seconds to go and an ensuing 47-Yard-Fieldgoal with 2 Seconds on the clock... by 1 point

Well it's almost time for the Big Wednesday Trophy game. The Alaskan Fur Trappers welcome the Sydney Sea Eagles to Anchorage Alaska. Fur Rendezvous stadium will be packed especially since the Trappers league playoff loss & the fans hoping for redemption. Game time temps will be 49 (F) with lots of sunshine, 17 hours & 38 minutes of sunshine, no rain expected so a great day for football.
The Fur Trappers have no illusions about how tough it will be to stay close with the Sea Eagles that hold a massive 13.8 point advantage in the Overall. The Sea Eagles are the very definition of a powerhouse team,14-4 in Elite league play, 19-0 Supercup record & an amazing 10 & 1 in Cup play. But ... the Trappers are hopeful in this Power Mode Cup final. Kick off is set for high noon here in Alaska, the teams are in thier locker rooms, fans are trickling in & theres excitment in the air. Here's wishing the best of luck to both teams, lets have a hard fought good game. |
