It happened for a second time since my start here. Extremely busy week I didn't find the time to come here during the week.
Would it be possible to change the latest salary negotiation date for Saturday ? Or do it in a way that we can do the negotiations earlier in the season without being penalised by having to pay higher wages ? Why is it only at season end that salary negotiations are better anyway ? Frustrated once again. I finally had my team back to be a contender. First SC final match in the history of the team. Positive elite record with 9-7. And again I will need to start from scratch. so frustrating. |

So when Wednesday comes something like 1 million extra goes away from me, but it is a small price to pay vs losing my guys. Sorry to hear about that, because first time you lost like 7-8 50/50 beasts 😟 And I really hoped to see you go for SB in season 58 💪 |

Maybe I'm an ass now, but if the situation is as discribed, why not do the negotiation before that or bite the bullet and do the one-click-negotiation?
I mean I'm a cheap shot myself and do the negotiation stuff quite late, but before losing a lot of players, including starters and soon-to-be-starters, I would rather overpay and correct that stuff later than losing eventually 1/2 to 1/3 of the team. |

I have to admit, I do not get the whole frustration factor at all.
The whole season there is the Coaches Assistant warniing of Seniors leaving the team due contracts are ending 2 weeks before rollover a message is sent to each manager, warning about the offseason getting nearer, including the need to act in the HR 1 week before rollover there is an even more explicit message sent to each manager. 4 days before rollover a final warning is sent telling aqbout missing contracts. One cannot say he/she couldn't know about it. But over and over again people blame the game for it, instead of themselves for ignoring the messages. |

The frustration is simple. My online time is extremely reduced due to an important family matter which I am trying to take care off while still working. The last two weeks have been very intense. I believe I have been ever as tired in my lifetime as right now during this very demanding period.
