But there is NO such "fix schedulding" as you describe it. The scheduler is doing its thing based on possible stadium income, the stadium with more income gets the game.

Yep. However, this code was from 2013, and I found some ways to make the result more random in case of equal stadium income.

What I don‘t get in this discussion is, why income is relevant on the friendly cup, where no income is given?

Because the scheduler was meant to serve other purposes as well. One idea was to allow for friendly cups paid by regular ingame money, and get real ingame money back in case of a win.
