Does a tactics coach only help a player who skills are set for him to help? I want to train some players in vision. Will hiring more tactics coaches help me or will I have to change skill training from tackle to vision for them to help? I do not have any players skill set on vision or pos. should I have my tact coaches at 1? Thank you for you replies!

The coaches cant help you as long as you set the players training to a skill they don't support.
