Any other things you should know? If you are using the HR Department you might have a benefit on the Transfer market. If there is no bid on a Free Agent, you can negotiate with him during the last 24 hours of his transfer period. If the negotiation is successful, he enters your team immediately, without waiting for the transfer deadline. -> Is this for any FA or only for them come from a team who had contracts? Thanks for clarification |

When player on transfer market is FA and no bid and only 24 left in countdown Then i can negotiate cotract when have HR Department Right? New question Do i get him for free without paying anything or do i pay the minimum bid? |

You negotiate, and he is taking away the offer on the transfer market by himself on successful negotiation. You pay wages then...as in the contract! |

One more thing, you can't negotiate a free agent deal with a free agent under the age of 18.
