I have created a friendly cup, now it's full of teams, but I don't have the option to start it!
On the cup management page there's only the "Delete this cup" button...
What i'm supposed to do?

Please check the notices right behind the teams, you ca't start because of missing credits.

but why teams can successfully apply to a cup it they haven't credits...
they shouldn't

They can join, and then they could buy/get credits...just PM them, and give them one week, or kick them
