I kicked a FG in the last seconds and there was no time on the clock, but there was a Kickoff at -5 Seconds. When there is no time, there should no Kickoff. Now it is no problem, but when sometimes Kickoffreturns for TD are possible, this could be a huge problem.

0:00 Jovan Francis (K) kicks the ball for the Fieldgoal, 46 yard Fieldgoal is good
0:-5 Jovan Francis (K) kicks the ball for 56, Reginald Stauffer (KR/L) tackled by Xavier Kinkead (G/R), this was a 22 yards return, offense is on the field now, 1 and 10 on own 36

Also from today game of you:

0:33 2 and 2 to go on opp 33, Laudalino Danjuma (OC) snaps the ball to Devan Sutherland (QB), who hands off to Stevie Collins (FB/R), this seems to be a run over the right guard, the blockers crushed the Defense Line, Stevie Collins (FB/R) tackled by Teddy Tomlin (MLB), forward progress: 9 yards, New first down (Shotgun 2 WR vs. bot)

0:-2 Jovan Francis (K) kicks the ball for the Fieldgoal, 41 yard Fieldgoal missed

The FG try did not allow to happen because this could have give the kicking team the win.

This seeed to be ok, because you can kick a FG with 1 second on the clock and the clock would run down, when the ball was flying through the air.

But time here looks to me always to be start of action - so start of action can not be when time is over.

No worries, I am in the middle of fixing it. Had around 50 calculation runs yet for this issue...making progress

OK, uplading the fix right now, valid for games starting from tomorrow:

1.) PATs always after TDs, on clock 0:00 if needed

2.) KOs moved to the next Q if clock on PAT was 0:00, except 2nd and 4th Q

3.) FGs done at 0:00, but KO delayed according to rule #2

This should work.

I am not sure for #1, but AFAIR the PAT happens always after the TD in the same Q. At least in NCAA ruling. Anyone for the NFL?

I think it's also that way in the NFL.

Because: if a TD is scored with clock running down to 00:00 it's still in the same quarter.
THEN comes the PAT with no clock involved.
it just doesn't make sense to signal the next quarter only to start with a PAT with no clock ticking.

This way there are a lot of problems solved, which you might have, if you would delay the PAT top next quarter. Most useful:
Winning a game with the PAT.
Image a game where the hometeam does a last drive, scores with time runs out and would lose, because the PAT can't be kicked, because the game is over.
And now that scenario in Oakland ....
