Is there any economic incentives when you're in top league (game attendance, ticket price or sponsor income)?

Indeed, I began to play RZA at half of the season and I'd rather be promoted by a conference win after a full season than being ranked 30 and promoted by a bot flush after a half season. Moreover, it's more likely for me that way to have a shot at the Champ of Champs Cup the following year!!! (but it can also prevent me from going to top league with bad results next year... Quite a risky choice )

But if there's some advantage to be in top league, that could change my thinking about bot flush... And there's nothing in the manual about that.

On a completely other topic, I'd like to congrats you for this awesome game. I used to play -TOG-few years ago and I was even in Pete's research group but had to stop for professional reasons.I missed it and wanted to come back now that I have more time to spare on it and I finally found RZA which shows greater potential developments in my opinion. Keep the good work and it's nice to see that you're really active on the forum and for improving the game!

The main advantage of being top level league member is being a member of the top leveled league

It is just more fun because it is more competitive. At least this was the way we had it in the test area. And a Top League trophy looks better

Thank you, I like it if you enjoy that stuff.

I think we are at a stage of this season were every manager has to define his target.

There are several possible targets depending on the actual position:

1. Get to the playoffs and try to win the League.
2. Get a good position for the bot flush, but also a good position in the draft
3. Want to stay a second season in League 2 and try a new run to the SB nest season.
4. Get the #1 for the draft.
5. No targets and only have fun

I think you are on a good way. But carfull when you are the favourit in the playoffs. You opponent could play MOTY in the Championship final, because his target will be only to get to the SB.
