May be a good idea to separate the PC training from others physical training.

Is not so realistic that a player trains only a physical skill and no PC, or only PC and no other physical skill (this may be only in preseason).

So, if fitness trainig is set to 60%, this 60% may be 20% PC and 40% agility (or strenght, or speed).

PC is similar to "endurance" or "stamina"

So it is differnt training for me.

And not divide training points in one category it will become to complicated

However, if you overwork yourself how can you improve speed and strength? So, you do need to have a level of conditioning in order to improve strength and speed.
