Setting: substitution when <80%

But: fitness at start was 99.68% and fitness at end was 91.88%

"in game energy" is temporary value, only available inside the engine for simulating the games, while PC is a permanent value. Both values are mostly independent from each other. PC is just the scale how fast a player is losing / gaining his "in game energy". The substitution is based on "in game energy"

Yes, that's cleared up what I was going to ask - that is why I was surprised my players were being substituted so often when they started with high PC.
