Anyone know how these percentages work? Its frustrating me because my running game % is lower than it was two seasons ago.. and I added two Draft RBs and two talented Youth to the back field within the past two seasons. I'm not saying I'm loaded by any means at the position but I dont believe its my weakest unit by such a wide margin. If OL is taken into account then the % might have a point..

But how does the game calculate the %..

All players, who had at least one snap in the last game are taken into the rating calulation:

Positions included in the rating:

Pass O: QB,WR,TE,OL
Rush O: RB,FB,OL
Rush D: DL,LB
Pass D: LB,CB,SF
ST: K,P,G,KR

(Not 100% sure if all compositions are complete)

Don't give too much on the rating. It say not so much about your team. My Pass D rating alternate between 58% and 65%. If a new player get only one snap the rating can drop a lot.

Another thing I can't work out is why my 2nd RB has been getting more plays in than my #1 RB on the depth chart.

He has lower PC too so I'm really lost. In my last game for example, my #1 Carol Brumfield had just 1 carry compared to my number 2s 20+.

Any ideas?

Even in the first play he wasn't active, my 2nd choice was. Carol Brumfield is my KR but we got the ball from a touchback so it can't be related to that.

interesting... so is it calculated by the average of the players that take a snap or the total?

Averages, based on number of snaps - a player who takes 50 snaps will have more impact than 1 who takes 10.

And your low run %... lack of depth at OL and 2 poor FBs.... all those RBs are meaningless if you do not use them!
