I have 7-8 offensive linemen all with 30-35 str, 11-14 blocking, 11-15 footwork, 9-13 agility. Two seem to perform pretty well in terms of blocks versus missed blocks. The others are marginal to much worse. However, there doesn't seem to be much difference and certainly not one factor that is making the two superior to the others.

I read in the manual that teamwork affects performance for oline and dline. So check the teamwork levels of each player and see if that has any correlation.
