Was this on vacation or what? I have never been in a helicopter before, But I have taken a few instructional flights in a Cessna 172, never got to land the plane but I did take off and fly over San Antonio and some small towns I am familiar with. This was years ago, before 911. I used to dream about getting my privates pilots license but never did. Just way too much money involved it.

Looks like a good flight and much prettier scenery then good ole San Antone.
Man that makes me want to find a flight on a helicopter.

True! This pilot was right right

CodeDog: was a business trip, or much more an incentive

He was shouting all the time "I love this machine...I love it"

I don't remember any fun situation in my whole life, where I had more Adrenaline than during this flight and the hour after that.

Very nice incentive!! I checked out a flight training school in San Antonio, its $200 for 30 minutes of flight, but they say you get to control the bird to get a hands on feel of it. I just may have to give it a try.

Very cool!

I just missed a chopper ride in survival school - I was in the next group up when they canceled the rest of the flights and we got to hike out.

I did get to para-sail in water survival class, though.
