Good luck to everyone.
Some kind of shocking when I saw that two of my three full time player and an other starter will retire from D at the end of this next season. Even more annoying is that they are all young player: 2 of them is 30yo and REAVES (hear this MTS  ) is 31yo. 
I hope you guys your season start is much better than mine.

5 starters retiring end of the season including #1WR(31yo), #1RB(32yo), #1k/p(30yo), starting OL, starting DT and a backup CB. dont think i can cover those losses quickly enough
SC is brutal with 2 high rated teams(budapest wolves at 72% the main threat) and a brutal league start with 3 bowl winners in my 1st 3 games of the season 
not a good day for me |

2 players and 3 (!) coaches retiring at season end - neither of the players are a huge loss - the coaches may take some thinking about.
I think it sucks that a player like Reaves will retire at 31. This is where the option to convert him to a coach should be possible. All the skills he has and the experience accumulated, plus his INT and TW shouldnt be lost from the game IMO. Sorry to hear he is going Sanco - still, i think you got the better end of the deal in reality looking back now. Nice SuperCup group for me and a reasonable league schedule - though mortified i have to play the Mascots AGAIN as my conference game. |

Those who have just been promoted might want to stop away from the forum in the days leading up to that game. Schedule is tougher than last seasons on the whole but managed to avoid TombKing in my schedule for the first time since season 6 so can't grumble too much. Although if I make the playoffs I'm sure he will be waiting for me to end my season just like he has in season 8, 10 and 11. |

I have 4 players retiring, but nothing that I can't deal with. I have 15 players 30+, so 4 isn't bad at all. My long term planning should help me avoid rebuilding years when the rest retire.
So I'm losing: 30 yo backup OLB - have some good players ready to take over 33 yo Starting DE - painful, but my top 4 DE's can all be starting caliber 31 yo Starting OT - probably my worst starting OL. I have a deep OL group, but there may be a slight dropoff in next season's replacement. 32 yo backup TE - lost my other backup to retirement after last season, so this one hurts the most out of the four players. My 2 younger TE's could use another year of training. Lucky for me my starting TE is the best in Admirals 1.1 according to the awards. 
All 4 players were on my starting team before season 1, sad to see them go, but I've tried to plan for this. A challenging schedule, Tombking in the 1st game , Phoenix among others, and of course the Mascots twice.
Supercup could be the toughest ever for me. 3 Division 1 teams (Botev Plovdiv, Quarry Bay Raiders, tomahawk de velilla) and a division 2 team. I play Quarry Bay in the 1st game.

One tricky Supercup game.
2 players retiring. Both 30 year old players I drafted - we have succession plans for both but still a bit disappointing. Regretting selling my Number 2 QB so pleased my Number 1 didn't announce at 32. Not sure whether to go with a 1 QB system or not for this season. |

tough SC division including Firenzes Fappers, Vienna Falcons and Stone mtn Hawks. All 1.1 teams and with better rating than me. Ill do my best to fly the admiral flag, but think ill need quite a bit of luck to reach the POs this season (that goes for the league aswell). |
