this player is excactly that what I mean. tacklick is at 41 which means you have to pay around 100k every week for him but he hasnt really good tactical skills (vision/positioning) or agility. That´s why you are in trouble. Your main skills are all a bit too high and you have to pay for that mistake now. You could handle him better for example if he has only 36 tack (like footwork) and therefore 20 vision. You need to pay attention on this. You can even calculate your player wages and create a training plan for them until which skill level you can train them regarding his contract length.
At the menual there are the wages for the skill levels so that you can calculate it for yourselve. |

ok, i think i got you know..instead of going with 1 high skill or 2..go with someone set with skills of 25-30's across.
Ok.i got several guys with several high skills, some with 3 skills 40+ I just been doing this all wrong it seems. 
I read that TE and SF are not that important to waste $ on. Thats why i sold the high salary ones. QB wise- he is a franchiser with Nat born leader..makes 425k WR's- - several over 100k, one over 300k OLs- highest at 478k, then 242k, 105k Dl-s - - same situation higest 380k, 290k, then some at 100k LBs' best guy at 400k, then 2 at 150-175k CB- one at 250k I guess i should do a major sell for what i got and re-coup whatever i can?? 
Moving on....to something else Predictions for S12 Name who be Division winners and WC's as well. As I wrote earlier, not bad picks, but I just don't have room on my roster for them. |

My new kicker missed a field goal attempt, and it cost me.
To tell the truth, I expect to take a small step backwards this season, due to retirements and some replacements at several positions on the team, especially on my offensive line. |

If I remember correctly it counts after the financial u p d a t e so you will get the 3rd warning.
Nogard was correct.. it hit me with #3 warning and cut a player. Fortunately i was able to take a YA to senior team and follow thru cutting him, The $ is getting better by bits, slowly improving and got 2 more bids on players that are selling. (like on the new one listed) I am at 6.1 mill in red today with a SC and league game before Wed26th still have 2 guys end today with no bids 
Took a paid friendly today vs Paxtang...I guess the old dog is trying some things out. Unfortantley my defense held you scoreless. 
If my morale/TC keeps lowering to these finances...some teams could sneak a win, i wouldnt be suprised. But i wont go down without a battle 
Update: much much better today, sold player and more are selling. Every little bit helps. Currently 1.1mill in red. Not sure if tommorows league game @Bloodkings will help out from another warning ??? last league game was home= got 8.2 mill or so..
