I am just wanting to make it a little further in the playoffs. Getting knocked out in the W/C playoff is getting
 Looking to skip all together. But with 4-5 pretty strong in the COnference..may be a battle of the fit.
Nogard..What can i say...Can anyone take this guy down??? and give him a  I dont even play him in 'regular' season play, and i kinda like the idea or the chance to.
Doing a bit more roster trimming before the season end bites me. Trying to be better prepared this time. Thus, i have just ordered 1 of my best 1st stringers DL on the transfer market. He is at 27, so hopefully he can snag a heft price, him having 4 skills approaching 40...This guys is a well balanced blitzer/pass rusher and sacking machine. got a little bored, so i wanted to do a opinion/analysis with 4 games to go.
Starting with AC East: Strike team should win division here. With 1 bot team and a good chance to win another (Cowboyz/Lions). They should be able to hold atleast 1 game ahead of Machine. If not- - they will battle against Machine in last game and should win. Machine- 2 games behind- can easily win 2 bot teams, but facing CalTunder may be the key game to stay even, and facing StrikeTeam in the finale is a must-win. North: Its all B.Hornets. They play 1 bot team, but doesnt matter if they w/l in the others as much. South: P.Assassin will advance here. Being 2 games and Cerberus facing StGeorge, better make it 3. They do face each other, but it shouldnt matter. West: Done. St.George already clinched playoff. PBPanthers playing for a WC spot chance. Ok/Now onto the NC. East: Shenkos has this one. All they need is to win 1 of the final 4 games. Good chance against the Sailors. Lions may end strong, but seems the goal is a WC, which is a far stretch. North: Very tough choice here. BDragons & DUD are tied 11-1. The next game is the game to watch. They face each other. This will benefit the winner greatly. DUD faces Shenko, may be their weakness in the chain for the division. Either outcome, the other should be playing WC South: A race for 3 teams, kind of odd seeing the leader at 7-5. Leopard face both opponents in the race to the top spot and face 2 other strong teams. Maybe the tougher of the schedules of the 3. BKings/Wasserbube both 2 games behind. BKings needs to beat Leopards for sure to cut it to 1. They face PortoSlackers twice and WWarriors..It is do-able. Wasserbube may have the better schedule of them, facing a Bot team will cut it to 1 as well. Beating the Leopards is their best shot at over leaping both teams. West: Done. GatorNation has clinched division. **These are just my anaylisis what could happen, Upsets can and will happen. |

Well this is it, my defining game of the season, though if I win tonight I still have to upset Skyzo and not lose to the Wind to have any chance of taking the division title.
Can the DUD's turn around their early season 36-21 loss to the Dragons. The DUD's running game is finally starting to make some yards on the back of a slowly improving offensive line, but both teams have outstanding rush defences. It's in the air where the game is likely to be won or lost as usual as the two most prolific QB's in monarchs history go head to head again. For what ever reason, DUD's QB Burt Baylor can't stop throwing intercepts against the BD defence. 5 of his 17 intercepts this year have come against BD, accounting for a quater of the intercepts that BD have made so far. This is a trend that has occured for at least the past 4 seasons, except notably in the DUD's memorable upset win last year. Again, this one key stat is likely to determine the outcome of the match. History has shown that whichever of these two teams turns over the ball the least will win the game. Historically, that honour goes to BD. Can the DUD's turn it around tonight? I hope so. |

Well only one intercept for the whole game, which was pleasing, but the Black Dragons defensive line was just too good. With my OL managing to block only about 10% of the time. Add to that my CB's giving up a huge 12 missed tackles, and it shows that BD are just too good in a couple of key areas.
Still, improvement is obvious, I'm on track with my ten year plan, and I have a guaranteed play-off spot, so it's not all bad news.  |

Dino You are on schedule. I have one more good season in me. Then I will have 27 players 30 yrs or older. Will slowly fade away for awhile.
