It's a stare-out - nobody is saying anything, we'll see who cracks first.

That'll be me then.

It's a bit too quiet - is everybody too busy working hard on their game prep, or has Bova's temporary (hopefully) absence killed the conversation?

Anyway - the weekend games - Prague Lions went bot - fairly straightforward set of results except for

MEAN MACHINE! 3-0 and a win over Wild Thangs, that's a big result

Also a good win for Aquanauts over Severnside Falcons.

Best games for me tomorrow look like

Die Verdammten vs General Rodriguez Warriors
Mean Machine vs Juan Renegades

Tough games for both of the travelling teams, that will reveal a lot about them. Die Verdammten will look to demonstrate that they can challenge Chelsea Raiders if they can get through this fixture.

Surprise of the season so far is Mean Machine - when they were in Thunder 2.2 they looked like underachievers, never playing as well as the rating suggested they would. Looks like they've developed a game plan and are now a force to be reckoned with...

yep, big win for the Mean Machine! they were the up and coming team in my conference when I played in the 2.1, had a great draft, then went bot but fortunatly got back into the game with a new franchize and now they have become a playoff contender in their first season in the 1.1

Just thought I'd bring you guys up to date.

I have an offer on my house.

Now have to travel back and forward to north of Scotland to organise offer and purchase of a place up there.

Hoping all will be done and completed around end of June so will probably mean I may not be in place to set up next season's Pre-season show, but if time allows I will try (no promises).

I think I have only an outside chance of making play offs this season, considering, I think, I have the hardest schedule of the teams in my division and unlikely to have enough funds for a decent TM trawl for another season or two so working on getting some depth from my YA.

Keep up the good fight guys and I'll pop in when I can.

Good to see you're still around, and good luck with the house!

Hey guys!

I feel as though I should introduce myself.

I'm the previous (well, current until BOT hits) Brisbane Meteors manager from Sea Devils 1.1. Made it to the Bowl last season before losing to the Lucea Cardinals.

Long story short, I was originally living in the UK when I signed up but now live Down Under. The games start at 3am here in the Sea Devils League and I love watching them live. Thunder is 10pm game time for me and so will be much more enjoyable than just logging on and seeing the results. I don't know why but I don't enjoy watching the games on delay, it just isn't the same for me.

Of course it'll be a few seasons before we are any type of force but will be seeing you soon

Hi and welcome to the Thunder world.

I think it won't take long for a veteran like you to reach the top level.

It only took me 7 seasons to win my first trophy!

Welcome Brisbane Meteors!
Always good to see there will be some good teams coming from the thunder ranks.

Also looking forward to seeing the SimKonville Fraggles vs. Quarry Bay Raiders match.
Should be a good one. Quarry bay look like they may be back to there best.
