Yeah...I'm not sure. His tactics are now "punt on 1st down" since the relegation game at the end of last season. However, he logged back in today.

Well no matter how the rest of my season goes at least I FINALLY got my first ever win against the Sheeps! I am now 1-5 in league games against those guys. It was a close one though! GG

The big game today is Frederiksberg Dreamers (DRE) @ *Pawn*Stars* (P*S)....not disappointing so far.
Also, Montesacro Mermaids (SIR) @ Heidelberg Hippos (Hip) is a good divisional match-up! Steve SD Blitz |

So are teams just trying to tank and playing on relaxed? I don't mean for it to sound insulting, but teams I couldn't even *sniff* a win against before ... are suddenly getting steam rolled while still at a 10%+ advantage over me. I find that odd and unhealthy.
Maybe the thought is just stuck in my head after watching the punt on 1st down thing. Maybe teams have realized if you're not going to make the playoffs - the best idea IS to tank. A few extra bucks from the sponsors ... or having an extra 8 people drafting ahead of you is a no brainer. Guess I need to start punting on 1st down too. Not healthy for the game ... at all.  |
