Great job getting to the divisional playoffs! Now you have to enter the Swamp, where only Gators get out alive!

Bring it on. We'll just zap the 'gators with our laser pistols and other alien weaponry.

lol, nice one! we will let our players do the talking on the field then! Seriously though, the winner will more than likely win the conference title as well, so this game is probably the most important one of the season for either of our teams, so good luck to you, I hope to see a nicely played game by both teams!

Well, following a victory over the Torchwood Aliens in the Swamp, the Gators are going to the Conference Championship for the first time since Manger gatorfan1 took over the team! Emotions are running high in the Swamp, as it appears that the road to the league championship runs through the Swamp, from which only Gators come out alive! The proof of this lies in the Gators record at home over the past two seasons. In league play, the Gators are unbeaten this year, home and away, and last season only lost 2 home games. One was against Neptune's Bologna 9-27, and the other was against River City Ice 28-30.

Playing in the Swamp Tuesday at 1:00!!!

Side note: Our QB Keenan Frierson has had an absolutely amazing season, his stats are awesome, including 269 passing tds, 15,237 passing yards, and 25 MVP awards!!!

More stats are here:Keenan Frierson stats

We held a 3 point lead going into the 4th quarter and it looked like things were going to go our way after beating the divisional winner, Marines in the previous round.

Even when the Gators scored a TD at 10:48 in the 4th it seemed that all we had to do was drive downfield and score a TD of our own.

Unfortunately on the first play of our next drive we fumbled on our 20 ud line and it was picked up and returned for a TD.

Our next drive went little better as we went 3 and out. This was followed by a 3rd TD from the Gators which put paid to our season.

Nevertheless it has been a success. We've had our best record ever and got to the playoffs for the first time. Only one player, SF Ken Battle, has announced his retirement and we have adequate depth of cover at that position. So the team should remain solid for another year plus we have a lot of up and coming youngsters so we look forward to more success next season.

you did very well all game, to be honest I thought I was going to lose the game! The thing I would have to say has kept my team undefeated up to this point would be my defense, against the Marines my offense did not score, and my D scored 4 times, against you both times my D had vital scores and/or turnovers, and pretty much every game my D had a score or two.

I would say this season for you on a scale of 1-10, I would give you a solid 10, your team has really improved and you have a great team there!

Speaking of depth and Youth Academies, I have like 6 players moving up this season who should make a huge impact on the team, very excited, but I may have to sell one or two of them, sadly, because I either have too much depth at that position already, or don't have enough room on the Senior team for them.

Thanks. I think you have a pretty solid team too and if your D can stop the opponents scoring then that's a big part of the battle already won.

I only have one player moving up this year from the YA (I moved a couple up prematurely) but I've picked up a couple of decent players on the TM and with 3 decent draft picks am hoping to keep going at this level next season.

I then have 4 x 19 year olds who have already capped STR at 40+ with one yellow on SPD at 36 and another yellow at 41 so there should be 4 good players coming through next season.

you are welcome, it is well earned! Thanks, I have been working on the defense pretty hard the past few years, as well as the offense a few seasons ago, my key players on O are my qb, a couple of the WR, and my top RB. Now I just want to keep my defense tough, it has worked very well for me this season!

Nice, yeah, I kept mine in the YA as long as possible, will probably move some up in the next couple of days, pretty much all of them are 4 and 5 star rating and are LB, FS, and DL, so my defense should be pretty beefy again next season, plus draft picks! You should get some good draft picks, at least one superstar and one bigtime playmaker, then one darkhorse player.

nice, you could move them up at 19, I have done that with some players and it worked wonderfully, like with my DE Shelby Smiley, drafted at 19, and decided to put him on the senior team, he is very good.

All in all, I think you could very well win your division next season, you have won 2 of your last 3 against the Marines, so that is an great accomplishment! And honestly this season you were a major contender, only 3 regular season losses, you may do what I did the past two seasons, go 13-3 one year and the next go undefeated!
