Welcome all. My aim this season is to have a winning season. After going 7-9, last season I went 8-8, so maybe I can make it over .500.

After watching my offense cough up *10* turnovers in a scrimmage ... I'm considering a punt on 1stD scheme this season.

It is sort of good to be back in Galaxy. However, I don't expect to be as competitive compared to the past. I lost several starters to retirement the past two seasons and did not replace them with anything comparable.
I will be losing 8 more of my top defensive players at the end of this season, so I might take that as a sign for me to retire from the game as well. (My best DL made it to the ripe old age of 35, and my best LB made it to 34, but I guess enough is enough.) Win or lose, I will try to stay active for the complete season - although I will be spending less time on the game. Good luck to all for the new season and beyond. |

Average draft so far. Decent linebacker to possibly replace ageing players and a half decent safety. Think tight end is next on the shopping list of DLine.

UGH... 5 turnovers in the first game. My QB threw 3 INTs after only throwing 5 all last season. Not a great sign of things to come.

Hi all,
I'm back from a Cambodia holiday, and ready for the new season. My objective is always to win the league, however, how realistic that is I don't know. Good to find Hippos in my division, which will make it very difficult to even win this division. Sad to hear bellj will be leaving us after this season. Good luck to the rest. |

Thanks for the kind words. However, I believe you will win the division and will also make it to the Galaxy super bowl. My prediction for your opponent is either the Hurricanes or the Mermaids. (Although I would like to see Pete's team make it to the Elite league.) I could get lucky in a few of the tougher match-ups, but not all ... and my team is getting weaker each season.
