Summery
The Dragons did not blink when they started their franchise on level 2 right before season rollover and were transported basically on day 1 into the league 1.1.
After a rough 1st season which they survived without a relegation game or worse they became a big player from season 4 on.
They started winning the division since season 5 and held that division until they moved up to the new founded Elite league for season 14 where they then held the division title since that.
They won already the League 1.1 in their 2nd season in the league and did that again 2 times and won the Elite League also once.
If they did not win the league, they did for sure play for the conference, winning it 5 times in the 1.1 and 3 times in the Elite league.
They are also the second team from Monarchs region to win Champ of Champs title and to win the Gobal Bowl.
They still play on the highest level and all teams still active will have a hard time getting on that level.

Why in the HOF?
There are for sure not many teams that successfull in all RZA, in Monarchs region, it's a very rare club of similar successfull teams, if there are any.
The Dragons are the only team from Monarchs region playing in the Elite league since it was founded and that by a mile distant to all other teams challenging for the division title.
Their most successfull season was the season 15 where they won the Elite and almost the Global bowl and season 25 where they won Conference Championship, Global Bowl and Champ Of Champs title.
If they are not worth the HOF, none are.

Summery
The Panthers came into 2.2 halfway during season 2 and made it to 1.1 by BOT-flush.
They finished season 3 with a positive record and never looked back, staying in the the 1.1 ever since until they made it to the Elite league after season 15 as conference champion.
After a quick season on that level they came back into 1.1 for season 17, where they won the conference, again.
During all the seasons did they never give up, even when their division was stuck with good teams and they had to wait for their next playoff appearance between season 5 and season 11.
It's not that they had bad season during that time, the other teams did simply had better record and because of tougher schedule and hard competition they were left out of the playoffs for a long time.
Since season 15 they are one of the most successful teams in Monarchs region and are always a team for the playoffs.
They went to Elite league so far 3 times.
They are still active and are still one of the best teams of the region.

Why in the HOF?
Stamina, strength and dedication would be the first word coming into mind when speaking of the Panthers.
They had maybe late bigger success, but they stayed on top since then and did very well during all those seasons since season 2.

Summery
Strike Team did show up mid season in 2.1, won the division and went to the conference championship game.
They won their relegation game later and advanced that way to 1.1 for season 3.
In the 1.1 did they had a tough division rival and when that team did went BOT in later seasons, Strike Team did grab their 1st division title in the 1.1
From season 14 on did the team win every year the division and became a regular playoff, most of the time top 4 inside the 1.1.
In season 20 they won their first league title and advanced to their only Elite league season in 21.
Since season 22 they are back in 1.1 and did again challange every strong team in the league.

Why in the HOF?
Strike Team did play for almost every season and they were always a competitive team.
Since season 12 are they a serious playoff contender and it was never easy to overcome them.
Add a league title and several conference championship apperances and you have a very successful team in Monarchs region.

Summery
They startet 2.1 in season 3 after regular season was over. Did not play a meaningful game that season.
In season 4 they won the division and the conference, advancing to the 1.1 for season 5.
They did avoid relegation in season 5 with a win in a relegation game, but lost such a game in season 6 and went down to level 2 for the next season.
Season 7 then was fine, but without a playoff appearance for 2.1, which went far better in season 8, winning the division, the confernce and the bowl.
Back in league 1.1 since season 9 they did stay until they faded away right before season rollover to season 18, so late season 17.
They won 4 time in a row the division in 1.1 and went therefore into the playoffs in season 14 to 17.

Why in the HOF?
After early struggles did the team really flowish later in the seasons.
From intoduction of the Elite league on did the team win their division, after the up to then better team was shifted a level upward.
They stayed in the dominant position in their division until they decided to quit.

Summery
Secret Air Services started right before the 1st gameday of season 3 in the 2.1 and took the league by storm.
They won the league in that season and went to the 1.1 where they stayed until they reach the Elite league in season 15.
During that time they had the unlucky position to have one of the best teams ever in their division, the Patriots.
They did fight very long until they were able to get a hold of the division, until to get shortly after that send to the biggest boys in the Elite.
As regular playoff team they had mixed results, but were always feared.
After 3 seasons in the Elite they did drop back into the 1.1 and were an instand playoff team, again and won their first League Championship in 1.1 in season 19.
Since then they did win several time again the Conference in 1.1 and did join and drop off from Elite again.

Why in the HOF?
After some warmup did the team become a regular player in the league and were able to establish themself in the top regions of the region and later they became member of the top 32 teams of the game.
Not many team are as long members of this game as detroit and and not many are regularly heard of in the community board.
The team did establish themselve inside the Monarchs region as one of their best.

Summery
Shenkos did start in 2.1 in season 3 shortly before the season rollover, avoided the BOT flush and played season 4 in 2.1.
The BOT flush did bring them into 1.1 for season 5, where they had to relegate from after the season.
They then started to develop the team further, avoided a BOT flush in season 6 and won the league 2.2 in season 7 and played from this time on in 1.1 or higher.
Fast they became a force inside their division and were even able to overcome all odds and winning their 1st league championship in season 10, while they did already establish themselves as division title winner since season 9.
Until season 13 they were able to keep the division.
In season 14 they became part of the initial Elite league fillings as conference championship participant in season 13, but were not able to stay in Elite league for long.
Since season 15 they did play in 1.1 again and were able to win the league once again in season 18, shortly before the team went BOT.

Why in the HOF?
With two league titles and several other titles were they one of the most successfull teams of the monarch region.
Never easy to play they were able to win games nobody expected them to win.
Even when they had later some problems they were still able to field a regular playoff contender and won their second championship basically on default mode.

Summery
Wasserbube was one of those early teams, starting in season 2 after league game 5, trying to create a team on their own plan and with constant effort.
Cursed with a place in a tougher division DeMaddin had very long to fight to overcome the long time division champ of Leverkusen and winning their 1st crown by themselves.
Ironically came their best results when they did not win the division, winning all playoff games and winning their first and only League Championship in season 15.
A short trip to the Elite a season later was not so successfull and with lots of work on the real live, the management of the team did suffer and he decided to quit shortly after season 18 rollover.

Why in the HOF?
You won't find many teams as long on the league as Wasserbube and he was also quite successfull.
Beside his management skills, DeMaddin were a constant help for the community and did even work as mentor for other managers.

Summery
Started in the 2.2 after the 12th gameday did the team made it into the conference championship game.

Summery
The Machine had a great start and did build their teams in a good way from early on.
The team went from 3.4 in season 6 to 1.1 in season 9 and stayed on that level until the Elite league was build.
The Conference Championship did send them to Elite in season 14 and they stayed for 2 seasons on that level.
They played 1.1 again in season 16 only to win the conference again and to play Elite again in season 17.
The team dropped back to 1.1 for season 18 and stayed this time until it did fade away in season 19.

Why in the HOF?
Based on their record the team does not look as a the powerhouse it became.
The team did build a competitor slowly but straight and the lack of a better record is only because at the same time they had their best seasons there were even better seasons of other HOF teams and when they made rework decisions they did them hard and fast, resulting in quite hard setbacks in results.
The Machine never stopped and they were a feared opponent in the playoffs, when they were able to reach them.

GatorNation did start after league gameday 13 in season 2 in the 2.2 and made it to the playoffs.

Why in the HOF?
First of all, the team did not quit when it was relegated after 2 seasons in the 1.1. Not many teams do come back into the 1.1 after such results.
But after that season in the 2.2, the team became a contender.
Granted, the team did stumble most of the time in their 1st or 2nd playoff game, but after all, they also went all the way to the Bowl in season 12.
They were the unchallenged division winner for many, many seasons and only when he left, the division become wide open.
