My starting QB got injured on Wednesday so I had to play with a backup that's clearly not Elite caliber either and I have a few players who switched positions in the offseason so not everyone's at 100% TC yet. People talk about the offseason being too long but I would have liked a little more time to prepare for the Elite league tbh

Didnt expect to win my first league game this year. My roster has had way too much turnover - replaced most of the defensive starters. It was a lot closer than i had hoped though. Dont think the season will be that bad. Still looking for an edge somewhere though, I am tried of not doing better in the playoffs. My team is the Cincinnati Bengals

In Claymore 1.1 I divide the season into 4 quarters, assess after every 4 games, and figure to win 3-1 each qtr, aim for a 12-4 season. Playoffs!
But in my initial RZA Elite season I think even the opposite will be a stretch, i.e., 4 x (1-3) for a 4-12 season. |

Another week, another loss (@ Vienna). Not a disaster by any means but there are some lessons to be learned here. Let's see how it goes next week.
