yayyy, Beckos has returned on time!
today's divisional playoff-games: Kumberg Cowboys 17 Ajalvir Destroyers Novosibirsk Lions -6 Tottenham 49ers Pitcairn Bounty Mutineers -6 frenchkiss Rabaul Jacanas -5 Flying Ducktales 1) Cowboys are the obvious favourite after their exciting win against FAM and currently 10 Becko-pts ahead of everyone else in the league. They also won the last league game between these teams by 27 to 3. 2) Tottenham 49ers are the favourite on paper, also due to the stronger team ratings. nonetheless, the Lions won this year's league game 30 to 13 and are known for some special game plannings. Wouldn't be surprised if we see an upset here. 3) their last meeting dates back to a nailbiter in the wildcards last season. my bet is on Mutineers, although frenchkiss are a slight favourite and have home advantage. I expect a tight game. 4) I guess my team is the favourite, but Rabaul already kicked out the Gladiatori last week. and as I cant be neutral, I hope for a win, as close as it might be at the end

GAMEDAY
and most important game of the season for the 4 remaining teams - - > to be elite or not to be Kumberg Cowboys 13 Flying Ducktales Pitcairn Bounty Mutineers -14 Tottenham 49ers Cowboys win against Mtn Hawks gave them another Beckos boost and make them the clear favourite today. enough has been said about the Austrian showdown, let's hope for a good game (from my team )
The second game has another clear favourite, and although Mutineers managed to upset one favourite already, today I think it get's on a even tougher level. The 49ers also won this season's league game by 31 to 23. Nonetheless, Mutineers strong defense could keep the game open for a while, and then small things can decide the outcome. Good luck to all involved, it will be two exciting games to follow! |
