2016/09/20 San Diego Blitzkrieg 9 Carrickfergus Knights This is where I have trouble with beckos...I don't see how I'm a 9 point favorite against the Knights. A couple of lop-sided wins versus NM! doesn't really make me better than Carrickfergus. I think I have a shot. But considering that the Knights were 15-1 and I was 13-3 and he defeated me easily in the middle of the season, I'm thinking he should be at least 5 point favorite. Steve SD Blitz |

Wow...what a final. That could have gone either way. I thought I might have gone for it on that 4th and 1 with 2:00+ minutes left, but that was a punt in my playbook too. Thinking about changing it now.
Anyway...not a lot of mistakes either way. My QB had a slightly better day....was able to find the end zone three times rather than kicking the FG and that was really the difference. Nice season Doc...only two league losses. Steve SD Blitz |

A worthy finale of the 2 standout teams this season, maybe in RZA history. Whenever it is a close game, Steve usually wins it in the end.
I dont feel too sorry for Doc. He will probably win it next season again. |
