i argued for a more challenging selection process in the beginning but lost the argument at that time.

I keep nominating the Moors, these are my reasons:
- he joined at a time when there was an established hierarchy in the league, training/youth dev was tougher, and there were already several of us with massive bank balances. - he was competitive almost immediately, seemingly winning games with very little by comparison - Sea Devils had a lot more active managers then, competition was pretty relentless and yet he found ways to win - he never *sold up* and went for 'boom and bust' - unlike several other top managers. He built an affordable squad. - I feared playing his team *more* than I did the other big guns at the time (Buffalo, Piskots, Marsz) - he was always a very decent guy in the league forum |

i caught the tail-end of Moors- promoted into his division a season or two before he rage-quit. he definitely whipped my butt good a few times. great manager.

One thing I've always disliked about the nomination process is that all you see is the numbers. Moors don't have the numbers. However, with that context, they definitely seem a lot more like a HoF team. They were in my division when I first joined, but immediately went to Elite the next season and then quit. |

You do amazing things for Sea Devil's and the Hall of Fame is just one of many great things you've done. I know I mentioned that I don't like that all we see is the numbers, but it's kind of the nature of the process. There isn't a better solution to it. We can't have a 3 paragraph post about why each team should be elected each season. Not only does no one want to write that, but it's just too much too read. |

We have two inductees this season. Congratulations to the DC Washingtonians and the Constanta Sailors for joining the club.
