1 point loss
So i am learning this game the hard way. some ways are tougher than others. So in the above loss my team went for it on fourth down 5 times inside my own territory. i had selected never go for it on fourth down but i guess the playbook overrides that. unfortunately i had a 4th and 1 run play set for any time and place. MY team also inexplicably went for it on 4th and ten inside its own 20, not sure where that came from. Therefore it was extra frustrating when with 2 minuets left down by 1 my team punted on 4th and 10.   |

But working on your playbook will not help anything, if you continue to not work on maximizing your income first. You already have bought a couple of coaches and players but still have the initial stadium size. There is a long offseason with no income but those coaches and players will need to be paid. Watch your forecast (under Front Office). This game has sever penalties for going into the red. I know it is not sexy, but the first task is to max out your stadium (144k seats) Without a full stadium, you will never be able to compete in this game |
