All aboard. Make sure the seatbelts are tightened,
Can't believe I had 8 more retirees to start this season although 2 have offered to stay on (both accepted). The rebuild is going to take longer than I thought but at least it keeps it interesting. Need a good couple of picks in the draft and then I'll be happy. No bots hopefully this season. Best of luck to all (especially me).  |

I had 9 retirees. Two offered to stay, but one was the only retiree who wasn't a starter
 So only one resigned. |

gonna be an interesting season...my targets :
League - not be 'looking over my shoulder'...as close to .500 as possible. No chance of playoffs. SuperCup - chance to finish 2nd - Landru Athletics in division but the rest beatable. MediaCentre - nothing this season, budgeting for maximum next season. As long as the league target is the maximum. 50m to return 51m is of no interest or consequence IMO. Sundries - Have as much banter as possible with all my Admirals friends and RZA foes. Good luck all.....and as I harbour no designs on success myself this season - I actually mean it. |

the bonus has only just been announced - and that is a one off and you only get that amount if you invest 50m.
But as per your own list - your 'first' minimum target. 50m @ 102% = 51m. I hope teams have checked (those that an initial 50m outgoing will decimate their bank balance) that they don't have the anomaly of three away matches in succession, as has happened to other teams before. |

AFC looks brutal. We were pretty much banking on promotion this season but I'm guessing packers and mascots are probably expecting to go up as well.
Prediction - we lose to Sanco my long term nemesis. 7 retirees (plus the 2 I paid to stay). I was thinking, its this season or bust but we still have 235m after the pledge so not ruling out one more go next season. |

ok, so now all you folk have a invested your 50 million and got oh so excited at getting 5 of it back, and by the end of the season you'll be about £1.10 richer **, can we again now focus on the season ahead?
Was happy with my draftee at #23....fearsome trait (not that its of any use) capped STR at nearly 48, but uncapped SPD at 45.2..cant grumble at all. How did you guys do? happy with your newcomers? am sure you have all drafted absolute superstars and you just CANT believe they fell to you......! **only joking, don't get all salty about it and tell me how much you will make....I don't care! |

Really pleased with the first round pick - 47.4 spd, 46.6 str and 50 intelligence so will become a pretty good MLB in several seasons time, The negatives are that he is 23 and t/w is very average at 31.7 but picking at 24 I didn't expect him to be available.
Another decent pick would be very welcome in the second round. |
